Additionally, our regular cleaning and conditioning included with each service provides optimal results and is unmatched by our competitors. Covid-19 Safety Policy

Please be understanding. Our policy is all about keeping your family and our families safe; never to be offensive.

Please reschedule if sick.

Schedule and stylist flexibility in event a stylist cannot report to work per safety policy.

Our 15 minutes late grace period is now even more important due to properly timing clients and limited waiting area. Please cancel appointments a full 24 hours before appointment. We are not able to operate at full capacity so improper cancellations are even more detrimental. A $30 fee will be charged.

 

Covid-19 Safety Policy

Our new policies in response to Covid-19

 

• Masks: All employees and clients over 2 years old are required to wear masks at all times. Masks for sale, if needed.
• Temperature & Hand Sanitizer: All employees and clients must have their temperature taken with a touchless thermometer before entering. Anyone with a 100 degrees or higher temperature will not be able to enter salon. All must use hand sanitizer before entering the building.
• Sanitizing Work Areas: All employees will sanitize all work stations (stylist stations & shampoo area) after each client. Additionally, the salon will be disinfected all throughout the day, with special attention to communal components (i.e., door handles).
• Social Distancing: All styling stations are positioned 6 feet or more apart. Our middle shampoo bowl will only be used when one client in shampoo area.
• Two Peas in Pod: Only one chaperone per princess being served. Two people total – princess and one other person. Additional adults and kids must wait in car.
• Limited Waiting Area: Only clients and chaperones currently being served will be allowed in the salon waiting areas. If you arrive before your stylist has finished previous client you will be required to wait in car. We will call you when time to enter salon and feel free to call us for status updates.
• No Styling Capes: Styling capes will not be used due to common multi-usage throughout day.
• Treasure Box: Our beloved treasure box will be out of commission due to its communal nature.
• Stylist Limited Shifts: To comply with social distancing, only half of our stylists will work at any given time. As a general rule, if your stylist is not available on a specific day look at the next day.
• Touchless Sign-in: The front door attendant will sign you in due to the communal nature of the sign-in sheet.

Salon Policies

Fees

All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services.
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Cash App. Checks and cash (accept tips) are not accepted.

Reservations

Online appointments must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. If you would like to schedule an appointment within 48 hours you must call us directly to determine availability.

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. Please call us directly to cancel.

A deposit of $25.00 will be required for anyone that does not show up to their appointment or cancels less than 24hours in advance.

Timeliness & Grace Period

We pride ourselves on running on schedule because we know each of our client’s time is valuable. To help us in this effort please note the following two important topics:

1 – When booking an appointment please be sure to let us know of any add-on services, such as hair take downs, deep conditioners, etc. This allows us to allot the appropriate time to perform all requested services.
2 – Please make every effort to be on time. However, we do offer a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes we will perform services if we are able to do so without affecting other appointments set. If not able to, we will have to reschedule.
